Please note our opening times are Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. You can usually expect to receive a response to your enquiry with 48 hours. At our busy times of the year, it may take longer, but we will do our best to respond as quickly as possible.

Please note that we advise enquiring about a photoshoot or illustrative commission 4-6 weeks prior to your deadline. This will allow us time to discuss your requirements for either your photoshoot or commissions.

We are based in Staffordshire, but we are happy to travel for any photoshoots. If travel will be required for your photoshoot, please include this when you fill our form.
